Talk about stocking stuffers...!!

I believe the manufacturer of Lancome, or clinique - I'm sorry I forget where I read this - but they are packages the same cosmetics in a new line called "ELF = eyes, lips, face" and the starting to get us hooked prices on most items - - $1

They also have a line of mineral makeup, and some bath products for $4...

They are always $1 - what you heard was an urban legend that went around. The quality is very low, like Wet and Wild and NYC brands. They sell ELF at Target, Walmart, other discount stores and they aren't made by a high quality brand.
