DVC Reservations - Any Upgrades being Offered?

In the past, upgrades occurred at check-in only when the resort did not have open the class of room you reserved. That is what is happening currently with Jambo value reservations being moved to a Kidani room, since Jambo is still closed and there are no values at Kidani. You should not expect an upgrade otherwise. Moreover, you should likely avoid asking for one when you check in. In the past, when the resort did such a requested upgrade, the result was a "surprise" when the owner later checked his DVC account and found that DVC had removed more points from the owner's account to cover the total points applicable to the better room.
