looking for an appox. time to drive from the poly to hollywood studios ? during the last week of march. TIA

I think if you check Google Maps for directions, it will give you the approximate drive time.

You’re looking at more than 5 minutes, closer to 10, purely on driving. Traffic can happen depending on the time of day, but you’ll most likely fall in that band. It’s shorter as an Uber/Lyft to the drop off entrance on Buena Vista Dr than it is to go around to the parking lot entrance. Actually getting through the parking process would add time too.

There is ongoing Floridian Way construction past the Poly, but as of a couple months ago it was pretty quick and easy to exit Poly and head towards World Dr.

In all seriousness, this is Florida, it can take anywhere from ten minutes to an hour and half to go five miles at any given time or place.
Give yourself plenty of time to go anywhere. There are just so many factors, traffic, stop lights, plenty of buses and people who are not familiar with the area and a lot of people going to and from work. When driving to a resort, you could be the only car at the guard shack or it could be fifteen deep. When going to a park the parkinglot booths can be empty or they are fifteen cars deep. You may be in the first row of parking in the closest spot to security or you can be in the first row at the furthest point of security and have to walk.Give yourself plenty of time, you’ll have a much better time.
