Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi there,

We are renewing our Vows on the Cruise Line in December 2003 and am finding Disney very frustrating at the time it takes them to reply to my emails.

I feel totally out of control of the whole thing, and wish they would respond sooner. I emailed them 9 days ago and have still not had a reply and sometimes when they do reply they don't always answer all my questions.

Anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you cope with it?

Yes I can see how that would be frustrating.
Disney are there to help you and of course they should get back to you.

I tend to put Priority on my Emails and also highlight the questions I need answering and when I need it answered. I also ask that they confirm the email that I have sent.

If all else fails give them a call direct and ask to speak to your contact if not ask to speak to their superior and explain how you feel.
