Disney Discounts for End of Sept 02'??

Has anyone had luck finding good discounts for Moderate/Deluxe Disney Resorts for the End of September? We are booked on points at BeachClub Villas for Sept 26th but now need a room on cash for the 27th+28th. We do not have Annual Pass or Disney Club but we do qualify for Florida resident discounts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I found a "fall getaway" package offered at Mary's saver website:

Fall Getaway Package

Get a free resort upgrade! 3-night packages start at $349 per person at a participating Disney Moderate Resort Hotel ($225 per junior ages 10-17 and $179 per child ages 3-9) including room and Ultimate Hopper Passes. Book this package in a standard room at one of the resorts listed below and the package will be priced at the non-discounted rate for this package at the next lower resort category (so in the example priced above, you are paying for a Value resort but receiving a Moderate). Valid for travel most nights from 8/25/02-10/02/02. You must book by 5/31/02 to receive these savings.

The "Fall Fantasy Package" is also out, available dates are 8/25 - 10/2/02. This is a lot like the getaway package but at ANY Resort available for your dates. Rooms available are limited, but I did this deal and booked Yacht Club at a very good discount. If you want a deluxe resort that's not on the getaway list, try the Fall Fantasy Package. Here are some details:

Fall Fantasy Package
This is a perennial favorite that has been offered in the Fall "Value Season" for years. It offers excellent discounts on a resort room plus Ultimate Hopper Passes (with an option to have daily breakfast included, at an extra charge). This year the package is available for check-ins 8/25/02-10/2/02.

Thanks for the info! I think our problem is we need a room only reservation for 2 nights. So we dont fall into the package deals....I will keep my eyes open!
