Courtyard Lake Buena Vista, Vista Center

I am attending a conference in February and this is the nearest hotel to the Convention Center that is still available. I love being so close to Disney.
Has anyone ever stayed here? Any reviews.
It gets mixed reviews on Trip Advisor and I am a bit skeptical.
Are there restaurants within walking distance?
Anything you can tell me is appreciated
