cost for taxi/towncar (1) MCO - Universal (2) Universal - Disney (3) Disney - MCO?

okay for some reason car rental rates aren't that great, so just out of curiosity how much would it be to take a taxi or towncar for 3 trips:

(1) MCO - Universal
(2) Universal - Disney
(3) Disney - MCO

we've never done a taxi trip like this or used a towncar service before.
in the past we've done Mears and we've rented a car.

so, how much would those 3 trips cost?
can you give me an idea of how much the tip/gratuities would be for each trip also?

You can get an idea of the towncar rates by going to www.tiffanytowncar.com
We have used them in the past and their service was excellent. We tipped $10 for MCO to WDW because they handled luggage from the airport to the car and also at the hotel. There are other towncar companies that will also offer the same services but have never used them. I'm sure others on this board have though.
