Hello!

I have a checking account with Chase, and opted for a Disney card long before planning my trip. I rediscovered that simply having the Disney debit card has benefits, including a character Meet n Greet in DCA. I was wondering if anyone else has the card and/or know which character it is? Based on the description in the benefit brochure, I'm thinking it could be Olaf? But the brochure also says it's a Chase only location, so it is likely someone else.

I know the character can and will likely change, but I'm curious to hear about others experience with this and see if it's something I might want to do. Thanks!!

We did it twice during our visit last year and met Minnie once and Daisy once. My boys were hoping for Stitch but we never got him. Long ago when they used to meet outside by Monsters, Inc. we met Minnie and Stitch (different times). It is a great perk! As of last year it also gave you a free 5x7 that you could have printed and picked up at the photo shop at the front of the park- not sure if that has changed, though!

We just did this last week and met Daisy. We were told that it's often Stitch though! I didn't hear anything about a free photo though...

Since it moved back to the backlot it's consistently been Minnie, Daisy and Stitch in 20 minute intervals. The CM at the podium will usually have a schedule, but the line can often exceed 20 minutes, so there's still an element of chance.

Good to know! It's not something that is super important to me, but Stitch would be great.

I'm mostly excited to meet Oswald, Judy, and maybe Tiana over at DLR. Oh and Olaf! Olaf wasn't at WDW when I was there in December, I'd love to meet him!

It was my understanding that there is also a Disney Card Star Wars meet n greet at Disneyland. Someone can correct me if that is wrong or no longer available.

I believe there still is, I only have the debit card so I didn't need/want to ask about the DLR one. From what I've read it's Kylo Ren in Tomorrowland. The Disney debit only gets you the DCA meet n greet.

You also get 10% off merchandise in Disneyland, 10% select dining...nothing too major, but when you throw in the $200 Disney gift card you receive for signing up (was for me anyway, looks like it's $100 now), it adds up.

The $200 gift card was mostly targeted. One also got a $50 gift card for registering authorized users with that deal. The standard deal is a $100 statement credit (after a certain amount spent... for us for the $200 gift card offer, it was $500 spent in the first 3 months).

The 10% discount is good in Disney Stores, online, and in the parks, but does require a minimum spend of $50 before it kicks in.

Dining I forget the full details since I get 15% off with my AP and have never used it.

The Visa also gets a percentage off tours as I recall.

We only have this card for the Meet and Greet. We loved the print they used to give us since we already get all the downloads with our APs. Other than that, the card has a terrible rewards program compared to what our other cards get.
