Can characters sign Disney Magazines/Comics?

I understand that this is an out of left field question and that they generally can't sign magazines in, but i'm curious if Disney magazines (the ones from the 80s) and comics covers that only feature disney characters (Marvel's Disney 100 homage covers) are an exception? I mainly ask given the Who's Who books I keep seeing signed by characters, and I would love to have such cool souvenirs to come home with and frame such as some specific pages from the magazine like "How to Draw Donald" and "Goofy at the Olympics"

We’ve had them sign a storybook in the past so possibly they could sign a comic?
