<font color=green>Day 5...December 7th...My friend, Amy and Teppanyaki!

Thursday...I have only been “online” for about 5 years now and ever since I got connected to the internet, I have been friends with a girl named Amy...I met her on another board I used to frequent before I found the DIS!! (Can you imagine?? LOL ) We became such good friends mainly because she has a son, Brady who is the same age as Andrew and she has another son, Ryan the same age as Savannah...We both went through our pregnancies together and call each other all the time...She is a very dear friend of mine and today was the day I was going to meet her!! I was very excited because it had been a long time coming for us to meet! Anyways, I picked her up at her sisters house since she didn’t have a car while she was in Florida...We did our “meeting thing” and we were off to the Magic Kingdom...We chose this place to go to because we had Brady and Andrew with us...I won’t go into detail about this because we just did the usual attractions at MK and we had a great time with our kids and it was something I will never forget! It was just Amy, Brady, Andrew and myself and we rode everything we could with the kids....They loved Mickey’s Toon Town Fair the best! For lunch we ate at Caseys and Andrew and I shared a Hot Dog and French Fries...Andrew wanted to feed the birds more, so I let him...I loved just watching him..It was amazing to me! Anyways, by the time I got back to the room after dropping Amy off at her sisters house, it was after 6. John and the girls had gone to Disney Quest and then went to see The Grinch at DD...I was hungry, so we decided to do Teppanyaki...The girls wanted to go swimming, so we gave them some money to eat where they wanted and asked my parents to keep an eye on them while they watched Andrew and Savannah for us! By the way, my parents were a godsend while we were down here...They loved being with the kids and kept saying, “Go, enjoy yourself, have fun...we will take care of them”...God Bless them! Okay, back to the Teppanyaki...we didn’t even need PS’s...We just walked in and waited about 10 minutes and then they seated us....Teppanyaki was great...We had a server who really got into it...I cannot recall his name, but he was good...throwing the salt and pepper shakers and catching the shrimp tails in his hat...I was happy to see this since the table next to us didn’t have such an enthusiastic cook...I had the Nihon-Kai which consisted of Scallops, Lobster and Shrimp and it was delicious! DH had the San-Kai which was an appetizer of Shrimp then veggies, noodles and steamed rice served with beef tenderloin and lobster...I swear we were in heaven! DH and I love Japanese restaurants and this was incredible...The food was so delicious and we will definitely go back next time we go to Disney...If you have never been to Teppanyaki, it is definitely worth it in my opinion! DH was stuffed when we walked out of the restaurant! Yummy! We got back to the room late and the girls went for a short walk and then went to bed...Andrew and Savannah were sleeping when we got back and my parents said they were angels!! (What grandparents don‘t say that? LOL)....It was a good day!:)

How neat to finally meet your internet buddy. :)

You're really lucky to have such enthusiastic and helpful parents there.

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. :)

Isn't it funny how people who only know each other from words on a page can have so much fun together! I'm glad you were able to meet her.
