Availability and ROFR Question

In contract for Aulani points. Was curious the contract won't be closed probably til late May/ June.

1st question. Has disney ever rofr Aulani?

2nd. What would availability look like for first part of Oct? Looking for studio but could do 1 br.

Disney will not exercise ROFR.

Availability is usually pretty good at 7 months but diminishes rapidly within that window. Closing in June and trying to travel in October, you might be stuck cobbling together a split stay with different room types.

The resort is not sold out,,so no rofr,,Disney has been selling for a long time here, lots of points for them still to sell.
Look for resale with reduced mf.
