Are Port Orleans hurricanes like Pat O’Briens?

Most places fail to compare to Pat O’Briens. I was wondering how the ones at the Port Orleans resorts are, particularly the pool bar at French Quarter.

No Disney drink will be as strong as Pat O'Briens.

Pat O's does pack a wallop. I personally like their Cyclone a little bit better.
