If we stay off site next year, can we still purchase the Disney Dining plan or do you have to stay at their resorts to purchase?

You must stay on-site and purchase a Magic Your Way Package that include, room, dining and tickets.

agree with the 2 pp.But to add... the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin do not have the dining plan either( they are not owned by Disney)
