Does it matter what owner you go with? We have received so many offers after I inquired so it is a bit overwhelming! Currently the only one that appears to have our dates is under the name closest to the magic. (not sure if I can post their actual names on here) Any input would be great!

You can post the name and website as long as you don't own it. It matters what owner as far as getting the home that has the amenities you want. Some have higher end furniture and electronics rather than just the basic.
Other than that just check out ownership with the tax site and maybe their management company.
