A great CM.

I had to call to add a few people to my reservation...it seems things were somehow messed when I origanally made the reservation and they had to be straightened out.

***** helped me and I just want to say that he was a joy to work with.

Does someone have a number I could call to let them know how helpful he was?

I edited your post to reflect the resorts board policy of not listing exact names from CM's you've spoken to at the call center.

When you get a great CM, you can also ask for the compliment voice mail.

You do know that the name the CM gives you is not there REAL name? Each has own name so can be identified by CRO if need be.
