A CST# isn't the same as a PIN code, is it?

I got a brochure in the mail today from Disney Destinations and it listed "Walt Disney Travel Company CST#" followed by a 9 digit code.

Is this a PIN? I've never gotten one as this is our first trip we are planning and just wanted to know if this is what I ought to be keeping an eye out for in the future or if this is something different. I had thought that PIN codes were 16-digits? The dates for this offer aren't the dates we'll be traveling so it isn't a deal we can use anyways but I was curious
 
California Seller of Travel code. Any company selling to residents of California has to be registered in CA to do so, and must display their number on their websites and sales materials.
