Hi all- we are headed to Disney for a long weekend in February. We have 2 free days to plan. On Friday it will just be our immediate family and Saturday my parents will also be present.

Which day would you do Magic kingdom:
1. Friday- because its EMH so we would get an extra hour.
2. Saturday- even though we wouldn't be able to get there right at opening- but because our extended family is also there.
3. Both- more relaxed pace for 2 days.

Our other thoughts are one day at Discovery Cove, which is pricey but something that interests us and we have never done before.

We did just spend a whole week at Disney in October, so we don't feel the need to visit other parks at this time.
Thanks!

Depends on your family and what type of experience you are looking for. Discovery Cove, although pricey, tends to be much more relaxed than the Disney parks. MK tends to be busy these days no matter when you go but if only interested in MK then I would go both days to make it less stressful and more enjoyable. Just a thought.

First it would depend on your kids.

MK Friday for the extra hour but know it's going to be busy and then Epcot with extended family to eat around the world and for kids to enjoy the rides.
