You know I went to the Wal Mart page and looked at some of the products that had photos available. The prices were not that great and it looks like they are available now (for example, the Kodak Easy Share Camera for 148.00). Does anyone remember from last year if the prices were lower on the actual day of if they remained as they are listed. Of course I KNOW that this is only an estimate but it seems as if some of hte items could be purchased now.

Also, they have a stick vac for 10.00 listed. Did they have this last year? If so did any one buy one? My son just got his first apt and he does not have a vaccuum. I figured this would be an okay extra for Christmas.

They should NOT have been letting people reserve the items before the opening. If it happens this year I will be on the phone and the e mail to customer service at corporate.

well since all those people were ther to get the same item, then you were just too late. I'm gong to be there early enough to get a ticket so I don't get killed trying to get into the building. I'd much rather have them give out tickets thana giant mob scene with people being knocked to the ground. You still gotta wait in that 3 hr line to check out anyways.

Does anyone know what "coupon amount" means on this site? I'm looking at Costco's listing (and I've seen these items before), but this is the first time I'm seeing "coupon amount" listed. I was planning to become a member on black friday, really just for these items I'm interested in, but if I can't get them, or they only send out to certain customers, it won't be worth it.

I really disagree with you here. IMO 1st come 1st serve- do you think you should be able to show up at 5:00am and get a product before someone that was there before you just because you can run faster?

It means you will receive a sheet of coupons at the door and the amounts listed is how much the coupons will be. These are not the item prices, but the coupon amounts for dollars off each item.
