Welcome to the DIS VMK BOARDS so you want to play VMK well let's get started:

VMK is Open

Eastern timezone: 10:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Central timezone: 9:00 AM - 12:00 midnight
Mountain timezone: 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Pacific timezone: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
UK: 3:00 PM- 6:00 AM

April 2007 update it is being reported that players are only recieving 1 room and the clothes they pick when making in Park characters. No Black ears and no extra rooms. Hoping this is a glitch and all things will return to normal.



Now you are ready to start playing:

First notice the task bar at the bottom of yor VMK screen:



From left to right:

I - tells you what Instance you are in; also info about the room

brings you to the map where you can transport from room to room with ease; if you want to visit rooms with less or more players in them put an X in the Advanced Modebox on the lower right of the screen then when you click on the room you want to visit you will get a box with mickey heads in it letting you know how busy that room is-pick the room you want to enter by highlighting it(clicking on that line) and hitting enter room

brings up your item box; you can also shop from the convience of any room for items not specials by clicking on credit tab of your item box also you will see your credit total here;Codes from in park quest and other promotions can be entered here under the code tab

Mail icon-brings up your mail; you can read and send message from here.

SHOP - brings up your shopping icon you may shop for any item in any store you have visited from any room within VMK if you want to buy specials you must be in the shop where the special is located. You may buy extra rooms here via the ROOM tab.

Q - brings up what In Game Queststhat are available to do

brings up the emote icons you can use and your dance and wave option

Magic Wand shows you what magic you are wearing-you can also double click on your magic here to activate it

Enter the following codes for one time use credits and or items:

To enter a code:
- click the chair button on the bottom left of the screen
- select the 'Codes' tab
- then enter the code (4 characters per window), and hit OK
- a window should pop up telling you what you received

After Visiting the NPC go to Main Street and to the Street Party Music Game

Then enter Mix your own Tune
Make your tune and save

Then get in the Queue to play your mix:

Or go to New Orleans Square to play and mix:

Head towards the back of the Square between the buildings and enter the monorail and get in the queue and get on the monorail

Go to the Right and enter the Monorail Music Mixer

Mix your song
get in the queue to play your mix

Keep in mind that not all items are available at all times. HIDDEN MICKEYS LIST

To start collecting your MICKEYS you need to go the VMK central double click on the "Dead Men" Poster and you will get a shop pop up you then need to purchase your camera and film. Do not buy extra film after you capture 10 you will get more free. To take a picture click on the camera icon and then when you get the pop up you click on take pic and drag your camera to where you want to take the picture. then hit save or ok.

NEW INFO : when you buy your camera now you only get 3 pics and you do not receive film when you hit the milestones.

Grab all you can but be prepared. when he starts to fly way, shoot at him and follow him, and you must destroy his ship. Focus on the head of his ship slightly to the left, and copy his movement. Pay a little attention to your tracer fire. too. It lets you know if your missing, adjust fire. Zurg moves in a weird crazy 8, lazy S-move type pattern. Once that explodes.

Once he comes out you must grab him (right click) and reel him in. He is the thing in the red circle. Do that and you get the cup evertime.

Hope this is what your looking for.

Also the yellow/black heavy hyper ship seems to be the best to use.

Here's an easy way to play. The only fish that will not cross the screen is the Pearl starfish. Just stay on one solitary vertical path and go up and down to get the fish. They have to go across your sub sometime if you move the sub to the same height as them. So you only have to chase down Pearl.

Other Notes:

- The game is for Windows PCs onlys, it won't run on Macs.

I just want to post How to Take A pic on a Mac!

OS X or higher!

To take a full screen shot of the desktop:
Hold shift, apple key, and 3 and click on the screen any where and, on the desktop there should be a .png called picture (1,2,3... etc.)

To take a pic of a selected area:
Press Apple key, Shift, 4 . (Mac OS X 10.1 or higher) The cursor will change into a crosshair. Hold down the mouse button, drag the crosshair over the portion of the screen you wish to take a picture of, and then release the mouse button.
a .png will pop up on the desktop.

Start:
Get your license by putting on the pin in the Autopia Quest room and picking up one gas can on the course.
Then go to the speedway.
1. Grab the gas cans, don't drive until you see something, get 5 on the first course and get off.
2. Get 10 on the off road room to move on.

Note: others have simply sold things to earn 5 and 10 credits and have moved on.

3. Dive into the Nautilus and get the jewel, light pink. DO NOT click "Next Task" until you've given your dive pin the 5 minute recharge.
4. Dive into the shipwreck and grab the gold mickey (easy to spot)
how many piles of gold coins, and the answer is 4 (four).
5. Go to the Fanstasy in the Sky and step on the clover, heard to see around by the eagle's nest.
6. Count the sails on the Columbia here: six in all (Thanks, Iris for 6-16!)
7. Go find Yeti
8. Dance with Yeti
9. Change Clothes
10. Go to hide and seek forest
11. Find gem
12. Go to splash
13. Wave at ppl in Splash
14. Go to Forbidden Temple

Now you can go to Space Quest room and enter the open door into the stars to access the Shrinking room from the side where you depart into space.
Click your pin and a spot in space.
Go across to exit mark near seats going into shrink ray to find the door into the store.

If you want to change from blue to another color suit, once you are in the shrinking room, take off the space suit pin and exit back into the shrink area where people can walk. You will be in a different color.
