Priority Seating... code speak for Disney's version of "Reservations". Once you check in you should be the next group seated for your size table.

Best Tip that I received!

The best tip I received was
To go early, be at rope drop.
We went early to Animal Kingdom & was at the area where the Lion King was ( Camp Mickey & Minnie ) before it opened, & my DD was chosen to open Camp Mickey & Minnie with Chip & Dale.
We went to Magic Kingdom to see the rope drop, now we went on the first bus at 7:00 Am, they did not open until 9:00 AM, so we knew we would have a long wait (DH wanted to be on a less crowed bus), we were the only family standing at the turnstiles & a CM chose us as the opening family.

The other tip that was really good was Have a plan for each Park-the things that you want to do the most. We got most of them done, but the New FL was a bust except the Dumbo Ride. I did not want to waste our time, so we just moved on to the other things.

I can't wait to go back, get vacation!

One less thing to carry in the parks.
Ditto to all of these, it's also easier to whip out my phone for a quick pick on a ride to capture a priceless reaction from one of the kids...and then embarrass them by immediately posting/sending the pic to everyone back home.

Oh ya, and if you buy something at one of the parks and don't want to drag it around or it's fragile you can have it sent to the guest services. At the end of the day on your way out just go pick it up with some ID. So simple, so easy, so perfectly perfect

Could someone expound on this a bit more? I've heard that if you are staying at a Disney resort you can send it to the resort. I haven't heard about just sending it to Guest Services. Is this available for anyone? thanks!

Last time I was in EPCOT we bought a print out of my family coat of arms in England. They told me about the service. They simply send it to guest services. They give you a time to be there and on your way out of the park you pick your item up. I've also heard of them sending packages right back to your hotel room if you are staying on site. We don't stay on site so I'm not sure how that works.

I believe they send the items to your hotel gift shop not your actual room.

If you're staying club level then your packages will be put in your room, otherwise you have to pick them up at your resort's gift shop.

If you're not staying on site or it's the day before you leave or the day you're leaving then you can have packages sent to Guest Services at the front of the park where you will pick up your package. The CM filling out the form will tell you the earlierst time that you can pick it up.

For me the best tip was to ship a package to the resort before our arrival with things like snacks, diapers, etc. What a lifesaver!

Was this more cost efficient than having groceries delivered from a local store?

I'm wondering this myself. Does anyone know what the minimum order amount is for garden grocer or other delivery services? We'd like to have some snacks and a case of water. We won't have a car, so stopping somewhere is not an option.
