Hi Everyone,

My nephew had a brain tumor in 06, and they found another one last week, he has to have surgery on Friday. He is a fighter, but he is going to have a much harder go of it. He just turned 18, and is such a sweet guy.

They did my nephews surgery today, and they think they got all the cancer, came out of surgery good. Now the fight is ahead with chemo. Thanks for the prayers.

I never ask for prayers and pixie dust and looking at others posts I feel silly asking but:
I have a doctors apoiment on may 18 to find out whats wrong with my knee. I am TERRRIFIED of sugrery, and was hoping for prayers that I dont need sugery

Prayers to you Flying Babyb, I hope you don't have to have surgery, maybe it is something that can be worked out with physical therapy.

A friend of mine, Kim, died this morning.

She was hit by a bus on her way to school.

I was laid off back in October.

I've been working through Manpower at a local non profit since November; but found out 2 weeks ago that I won't be a permanent employee; and they cut my hours to 20 hours/week. I need to find something with benefits, the sooner the better. Wish me luck! It's with another non profit.

The good news, was that my aunt beat breast cancer, she got it in Feb of 08, and was declared cancer-free earlier this year.

Bad news again....now my other aunt just found out she has breast cancer. Even worse, the doctors suspect she is at stage 3b, which is close to stage 4, which is the worst stage. She finds out for sure today, and we all found out yesterday.
