I made the banana muffins this morning. They are yummy! I used Splenda instead of sugar.

This is so great! I'm so glad that I found this, I was looking all over the web, and this was all here on the Dis! I've made the Apple Braised Chicken and I'm at my parents house making it for them tonight because it was so yummy! Thanks for compiling these!

I found this recipe on the WW message boards, haven't tried it yet but thought I'd share. it's supposed to taste like crustless lemon meringue pie
1 small box sugar free cook & serve vanilla pudding 1 small box sugar free lemon jello 2 cups water Add pudding mix to water in saucepan, mix well and bring to a boil. Stir with a whisk until thickened. Remove from heat and add lemon jello, mix well. Refrigerate until cold. Top with fat free whipped topping. The whole thing = 2 points! |

Diet Coke Chicken....SO YUMMY!!!
I tired this last night due to a well known WISHer..and it was fabulous! And easy too!!!
1 cup ketchup 1 can diet coke Chicken (you can use what you like, I just used boneless/skinless breasts) Mix the ketchup and diet coke in a bowl stir with a wisk. Then I took a large skillet and sparayed it with no fat cooking spray and put in my boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I poured the diet coke/ketchup mixture over the chicken at a very low heat for a couple of hours. OMG!! So tasty and I don't even really like ketchup. If you don't have a couple of hours, turn up the heat a bit and let simmer for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.

Could you use a crok pot for the diet coke chicken? Just curious. I just started WW and am looking for recipes.

I have made the diet Coke WW recipe before but I boil the chicken in the ketchup/coke mixture. I boil it for like 15 min. then simmer it for about 10 min. Its not as dry and easier for my busy family.
YUM!! ~Jennifer

Sweet chicken from WW meeting
I don't know what else to call this, but it is tasty!
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2c sugar-twin brown sugar substitute (I used the splenda and it was a little too sweet w/this much, I'll use less next time) 1/3 c vinegar 1/8 c diet sprite or diet 7-up 1 - 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 tsp black pepper place chicken in slow cooker; combine remaining ingredients & pour over. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours. 4 servings at 3 pts/serving. Add 1 cup of rice to each serving for a tasty 7 point meal!
