Thanks for you sharing friend,.... You have share a very nice post here. I really appreciate your post and the dishes and recipes i like the most are Peanut Butter Cookies, Pecan Pie, Low Carb French Toast, Breakfast Porridge.

Thank you for this thread. I have been struggling with weight my whole life.

Thank you thank you thank you for praying these great recipes!! I'm 20 lbs from reaching my goal and these are sure to help! My DH & DS are type 1 diabetics so what better diet for me than a low carb one! So far i've been on it for 11 months and have lost 94ish lbs! I was running out of ideas and find myself not balancing my nutrition the way I should be. Thanks again!
