Got closing docs.. Now what?

This is our 1st time buying resale.

I received closing doc today Via email.
Will be filling them out tonight, and send closing docs and cashiers check out tomorrow..

What happens after that?
Anymore waiting on Disney?
Anymore paper work?
Or just waiting for everything to go through and the points are posted to our account?

Thanks

Both buyer and seller have a set of docs. Each signs and submits. The closing occurs then the documents are recorded (searchable on the Orange County Comptroller's website). The recorded deed is sent to Disney to transfer the contract into your membership account (if new, one will be created - can take a couple weeks for this to happen; Disney isn't the most expeditious). No more paperwork to sign.

Since we already own (just purchased VGF in feb)
Will it cut a few weeks off the waiting?
Since really all they have to do is add the contract to my current ones..

A few weeks? Not sure. A few days? Probably.
