At WDW now

Arrived last night around 9pm. Everything has been wonderful.
Weather is perfect, no surly CMs, and rude guests are extremely few and far between.
Sitting on the beach at the Poly waiting for Wishes! (We are staying here). I was expecting the place to be mobbed with folks but it is very quiet and peaceful tonight.
Overall there are lots of people here, but we have mostly walked on rides. Spent the day in MK and only got one FP for SM. but that was in the afternoon.

We are at the boardwalk right now. Weather for Florida is amazing, no humidity! We went to MK this morning and because of the 24 hour event the park was empty. Spent the evening in Epcot with wonderful weather for this time of year, tomorrow morning in the mid 50's precious!!!

DisneyDad, you had the same idea we did about MK! It was so nice. We even "slept in" and missed RD and were still able to walk on several rides.
I wanted to say that about rude guests and surly CMs because it seems like I have read so many negative posts about both lately. We have actually had some of the best CM experiences ever on this trip
Late night (for us old folks) last night so I'm letting DH sleep this morning and we're headed to Epcot later. Hope the weather and our luck hold out for the next few days!

Trying not to make a sweeping generalization, but, many times people find exactly what they are looking for.

I have friends who I KNOW are going to come back from vacation with stories of poor service, or rude employees, or this or that wasn't good enough, or every.other.guest.there. was a PITA.

Many times I think it's OUR attitudes that dictate the behaviors we see in others.

If you're looking for surly CM's, chances are you're going to find some.

If you're looking for rude guests, most likely there will be plenty.

Glad you're having a great time!!!!
