Trying to track down a short from the 80's (I think)

Live action + stop motion. Short set to Electric Light Parade song centers around an obsessed Disney fan (employee?) whose whole life is populated with Disney paraphernalia. Borderline trippy. I remember the guy drives off at the end in a VW bug with giant Mickey ears.

Ring any bells?

I think this is actually the context in which I saw it originally. Pretty good one.
