I LOVE the Cabana Bar at the Swan & Dolphin. Food is good, seating is plentiful, and the pool area is really pretty.

I also think Mizner's Lounge at the Grand Floridian is relaxing. Just drinks, no food, but a pleasant place to stop by for a drink before dinner.

  • Tambu Lounge-Who doesn't like getting a drink served in a tiki glass?
  • Bar at the California Grill-Love that the whole non-reserve wine list is available by the glass. And Ray is a Disney legend. Or he ought to be.
  • Mizner's-When I want sophistication and a Single Malt, this is where I go.
  • Cabana Bar-When I want to feel like a hipster on South Beach, the sofas here do the trick.

We enjoy The Wave at The Contemporary. They have a good selection of local beers on tap, and the bartenders there mix up some good drinks, too! Plus, the seating area is just really cool with the ambient blue lights, and if you go in the middle of the day, you have the whole place to yourself. We like to go there in the afternoon after a morning in the MK and just relax for a bit before hitting the parks again.

I also like Tambu Lounge at Poly but it can be really hard to get a seat there once people start lining up for Ohana.

Mine is Bluezoo. The mixologists have a great assortment of martinis. The Serenity is a great drink!

If the band is playing it's too loud to conduct conversations and not relaxing at all.

I enjoy Crew's Cup at The Yacht Club and the bar at Il Mulino at the Swan.

Our favorite lounges:
. . . Mizner's (GF) - booze, serene, orchestra, "sophisticated"
. . . Territory Lounge (WL) - booze, quiet, relaxing, "woodsy"

Although an argument can be made that the Cabana Bar is the real happiest place on Earth, I have to go with bluezoo. They have, objectively, the best bartenders in Walt Disney World. Seriously. There's empirical data to back me up. At least, I'm comfortable enough with my assertion that they're the best to pretend there's data. There should be.

Aside from their totally unique, creative and delicious drink menu, their food is equally matched in all of those adjectives. And the lounge is ridiculously well-appointed. It's seriously beautiful in there. The only lounge that comes even close for ambiance and decor is the Wave.

By "band" do you mean the Grand Floridian Orchestra? I've really wanted to get over there and see them play, but I've never been to GF and I wasn't sure if was a realistic plan to listen to them and enjoy a few drinks in the same place.

I'd vote for Tambu Lounge, purely because of the lapu lapu's. You can't beat a drink in a pineapple! I got there around 9:30-9:45pm and there was available seating all over the place - a great place to go for a drink after MK closes IMO

The BEST lounge is the lounge at whatever resort you are staying at (you can walk back to your room)

Hahaha, so very true. Besides, your company and attitude make the biggest difference in any lounge.

Best for entertainment is River Roost. Yehaa Bob is fantastic. They have great servers and the bar menu is good. Right next door is the QS so if you want something more than apps just walk over and bring to your table. For relaxing Belle Vue at the Boardwalk. Tim and Allen are great. No food here. Crews Cup is good for relaxing or watching a game. Good menu. In parks we love Tune In. Seating can be hard to get but if you do it is awesome. Tutto Gusto is a new fav. Great food and drinks. DTD RfC or Trex are our go to's the drinks are great and the apps are too!! Tambu is good but most of the time very busy with people waiting for dinner. Now that I think about it. If I can sit get a drink and maybe some food. I am a happy girl!

Or right in your room. We always bring stuff to drink with us. The best is when you have a patio or balcony. So peaceful!!
