Reservation system down 3/2/13

Ugh. The entire reservation system is down now. Anybody know why or for how long? I tried to make a reservation online and on my phone and it said to call...so I called dining and the woman said to call back another time and that the system was down.

Incredible, isn't it? I actually asked the CM why she even answered the call. There should be a vm of some kind informing us of "maintenance" rather than have us wait to be told that there's nothing to be done.

I can tell you that it's been down for at least 4 hours. Can't book a thing.

I tried to make a dining reservation online about 2.5 hours ago (noon EST) and the online dining server was down. I called though and was able to make a character dining res for next week.

So I"m not the only one....... I have been trying since late last night and ALL day today without any luck. Wish I would have read this earlier! I hope it's working soon - I want to get my ADRs ASAP!!!

I've noticed that the MDE site has not been showing any restaurant names on the main "My Disney Experience" menu. Obviously having some significant system issues.

Last time I went to WDW, Disney was breaking in a new computer, and it took me four hours to check into SSR. Now its happening again......(shudder)..

It is STILL down! Un-freakin-believeable! I cannot believe how many problems a corporation like this has.... the issues with their technology. I guess their IT department is ran from India....or Mars.

We have finally decided on the one ADE we can swing for our first trip and was excited to come online and make the reservation. Obviously, I discovered the same problem you all are having. Very frustrating!

I honestly did not think this would work, but after trying the entire day to get my ADRS without success, I loaded Firefox. Guess what? I was able to get on the Disney site quickly and get everything I wanted. I was glad to finally get through!

Yep, for most of the day Epcot's Future World attractions have not existed in the app or website.

Hopefully this means that a new batch of updates are being optimized for the app/site. Maybe the next stage of FP+ is getting closer to being released?

I've tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome to no avail

It appears to only be partially loading availability today.

FINALLY able to make an ADR and do on-line check-in 20 mins ago, after trying all day yesterday !!!!

VERY frustrating, but least its done !!!

I noticed it was down all day yesterday too. But I was able to get online and make some reservations this morning!
