Not really.

Celebrations and Promotions refers to things like this year's Limited Time Magic promotion. MVMCP tickets (as well as MNSSHP tickets) have gone on sale on May 1st in recent years, so the dates will probably be announced sometime in April. The CP dates are always the day after Thanksgiving (which this year is November 29) through December 30.
