Notarized?
Just purchased our first DVC resale contract. I've read a lot about the experiences of others on this site, and many mention having documents notarized and sent back. Are those the sellers? On all the paperwork I signed--contract and closing docs--I never saw any indication or instructions to have anything notarized. TIA

I have recently sold 3 contracts and had to have several pages of closing documents notarized.
