They should both be open on the first official day of Halloweentime. This past year I believe that was September 14th.

HM closes before Labor Day weekend and opens when Halloweentime begins. SM closes a week after Labor Day (at least it did last year - 9/10), and will re-open for the Halloween holiday also.
