Just wanted to let people know, since there's been some talk of BOG ADRs not being released back into the system.

Its not my first choice of days so if I find another one I'll cancel and post here before doing so.

Spoke to a CM today and was told that they are definitely NOT taking ANY reservations for BOG until at least August.
She said even if someone cancels it is not being released because too many people have been calling every day multiple times a day to try and grab cancellations. This has been causing major problems with the phone lines and reservation systems.

So...... just passing on the info.

Maybe they should put a note that explains that on the website, so people don't waste their time calling or searching

Thank You! So what are they doing with the cancellations? Using them for walk-ups? I'm kind of confused!

Every CM says something different. I do not believe that Disney would no release cancellations.

Well, FWIW, I definitely got the cancellation posted above for a date in May. I did it online, I never call for ADRs unless I have to. Every CM I've spoken to since then has said there's nothing free until August/Sept. But I do believe they release at least some cancellations onto the website, so you can get lucky if you time it right.

Funny that you asked that.... I asked the CM the same thing.
Her reply was that "NO ONE has been cancelling".
She said that she's never seen it like this before..... but it's so popular that everyone is holding on to their ADR's. Then added that "IF" they do cancel.... the CM's are not seeing it. They are being told not to even attempt to look it up.

So..... all that being said...... I do believe the cancelled ones probably end up back in the system..... but only chance is to find it online.... just IMHO.

Well after I made my ADR's, I worked out my trip plan, and deducted that I don't need Park Hoppers. Soooo....

I will be cancelling, sniff sniff, my BOG Reservation...

Saturday May 18th at 8:10pm for 4

Hopefully someone can scoop it up.
I'll have to try for lunch instead!
