DTD Rumor: "Disney Springs"

A rumor is going around about a major facelift to the whole DTD area including a new name, "Disney Springs". After reading the article, there would be A LOT of construction going on around all of the DTD area which I am sure would take years to complete. As of right now, I'll believe when I see it, but I wouldn't be against these changes.
