Hi, Our 180 day is coming upon us next week. Since our trip is our Disneymoon I really want to get the restaurants we selected, I have been reading that many people have been having trouble making reservations online. Do you think its better to avoid a major headache and just call Disney to make the reservations? What's everyone's opinion?

I was able to make only day 180 online but had to make subsequent days via phone. I made day 180 online at 6am and then got through by phone at 7am.

My suggestion is to have a list in front of you with restaurants, times, alternate choices, etc. If you want to coordinate your list with EMH that can be done now. The CMs are patient and helpful but it will be better if you do your homework first.

Once your ADRs are made you can always go back online, one day at a time, and tweak, change, modify.

Call- 1st thing in the AM- you will get everything you want- very close to the time you want- it has never failed me. The only one that's impossible to predict (IMO) is Victoria and Albert's Chef's table- everything else is obtainable that far in advance.
