She is hanging in there!! asking me everyday how many more days till we go back for the bloodwork. We will go back on the 15th for the retesting. We are trying to stay busy and not think about it.

People always say that waiting is the hardest. I totally disagree. I think the people who say that waiting is hardest are either big Tom Petty fans or people who never had to deal with seriously, life-shattering bad news.
But the waiting can make you the craziest, with your mind going down all those different paths and then saying, "Wait. Let's not cross bridges before we get to them..." Waiting is very hard, indeed. I hope that in your case, it will be the hardest part and that years from now it will be a dim memory. I will pray for you and your daughter.

Things will be fine. No matter what the news is, you will deal with it. It is just a bump in the road. You have a strong family and a grand group of people to give you the strength you need. I have had the two worst things that could happen as a parent, happen to me, and with faith and love from friends, family and even people we did not know, we made it through. Hang in there. Stella, I hope you feel better soon.

We just got home from the lab. Now we wait till they call us with the results.
Stella was so scared. she cried all the way there and right up until the stuck the needle in, then she went into this weird trance like breathing thing like she was in labor and when they took the needle out she turned white as a sheet and became limp noodle girl...... thanks everyone for your words and prayers T
