A couple of things from the Mickey Monitor - The DIS Discussion Forums

Those of us who are Annual Passholders should have gotten (or will get) the latest Mickey Monitor. I noticed a few things of interest - to me anyway.

There will be special gift cards available for the Flower & Garden Festival. However, it doesn't say if they are the wristband type that are so handy during Food & Wine. The picture with the article shows a standard, credit card size. Oh and there is a special AP only pin for this event.
Disney hasn't forgotten AP holders with the MyMagic+ program. According to the Mickey Monitor we will receive a MagicBand. It doesn't specify how or where you will get one. The MagicBand will be used for both park admission and FastPass+
When the new Senses Spa opens at the Grand Floridian, AP holders are eligible for a 10% discount off of select services and treatment. No definition of what "select" includes or excludes.

I cannot wait to get my MagicBand!!! It will make everything so much easier.

I saw that Mickey moniter too. It's going to be interesting how that works out. I renewed my seasonal pass in November and haven't had a chance to exchange it for a hard ticket yet. I'm going to early March before I'm blocked so it will be interesting if they get it out that soon. I doubt that they will have it out by then. I noticed they also stated they would send us more information.
