loving this so far, can't wait to find out where the Title "Excuse me,your child can NOT go on stage with Mickey" comes in, really got me curious!

Friday, Jan 4: Day 2
Hey everyone, thanks for your patience! My photopass CD just got here so I'm gonna start our first park day! I've realized that with all my photos it's gonna take awhile to get through each day. I'm babysitting a 10 month old right now so I'm just gonna get through what she'll let me and hopefully pick up more later! So for this day, Epcot was open from 9-9, with EMH from 9 pm- 11 pm. In real life, we're not morning people but at Disney we are! So we woke at 7, got ready and headed to the food court for breakfast. We're pretty quick to get going in the morning so we decided we were best off eating breakfast at the food court each day so we could get to the park and keep moving for a while. Jen and Rick decided since the park was open so late that night, they'd get there later and text us when they were at the park.  DSCN0140 by RN Courtney, on Flickr We got through bag check pretty quickly and got in line for the turnstiles at around 8:40 and the lines were crazy long! Of course, when they did start letting people in, our turnstile had a problem and it took FOREVER to let people in but then we were moving. Of course, we stopped for photopass pictures because I prepaid for photpass plus! We really weren't concerned with hitting much in Future World. On our trip last January, we went to Epcot on our last Disney park day and hit just about all of Future World before deciding to leave to MK because we weren't impressed with Epcot so we bypassed the WS completely! So, we stopped for characters! I felt so bad for these CMs who had to stand out in the rain and explain to everyone that the ride was down and answer 4 million questions that they had no answers for. I checked the wait time for Soarin' on those screens and it said 110 minutes so we decided we'd head over and get FPs for later. I guess everyone else had the same idea I did cause there was a huge mob of people waiting for FPs! I finally got them with a return time of 2-3 pm! We decided to head over to Mission Space because the wait time was posted at 20 minutes but as soon as we got in line it went up to 40 minutes. But we had nothing else to do and the World Showcase wasn't open yet so why not. I love your trip report! Your pictures are great too!
My daughter and I like the CM costumes too and when we finally got the nerve up to ask for a picture, we found out they love to take pictures with guests. Now we do it all of the time, some of our best pictures. Anyway, loving your report and can't wait to hear more!

Yay for the photopass cd coming in! Yay!
Aw man, that’s no good that the rain got TT down, and thanks to that, the other rides were just crazy messes! Haha, I totally get that about the WS Cm costumes, they’re so awesome, and I love some of them! I love that you guys stopped for characters, I find that they make WS so much more enjoyable, I mean, there’s really only so much you can do in it. Although I think it depends on the person/who you’re with, Paige wasn’t the hugest Epcot fan, so we’ve only got a half day planned there for the upcoming trip. I like the idea of snacking around the world! Although I do feel like I’d get so full so quickly! Haha. Excited to read more!!

Epcot pt 3
So when I left off, we had just grabbed a snack in China. Next, we had a character stalking mission! It was about 12:40 and I knew Mulan would be out at 1. I wasn't sure where exactly she met so I asked the CM at the door to the theater for the China movie and she said she usually meets in the garden but because of the weather she would most likely be in the theater today! So we sat down to wait where it seemed like she would be meeting and two other families were doing the same. Soon enough a photopass photographer came in and said she was pretty sure this was Mulan's meeting spot today but didn't have confirmation. Mulan finally came in and brought with her the HUGE line of people who were apparently waiting for her outdoors and they tried to tell us that we would have to go to the back of this line. I was pretty annoyed because clearly we had been waiting in the right spot but I wasn't gonna cause a scene. However, the photopass photographer stepped in and said we were all here before she was and let us have our rightful places in line!
