It was really cute. I like it better than Buzz because I can actually see what I'm shooting at. AND I won at this one  However, I don't necessarily see WHY the wait times are always so so so insane for it. I guess it does go back to the little kids being able to ride factor. But I really don't see any little kid waiting on that long of a line.

Wow, what a gorgeous day! The weather looks amazing. Your TSMM pics are great. I agree, I don't get why the lines are still so insanely long
 , but I do like it better than Buzz. Presley looks so cute in her Snow White dress. She's a real princess!  Your TOT pics really make me miss how fun that ride is. I love speed and drops and always think I'll get used to that ride, but never! It's so fun and unexpected each time!!!!

I love TSMM, but I agree the lines are out of control. Didn't you love the queue?
I've never seen the Chip magic shot before! I love it! I have got to get over my fear of asking to get those shots. I really love them. Preseley looks so sweet in her dress.

We are definitely in the same boat with magic shots! We had pre-purchased PP+ so more than one photographer told us to ask them for magic shots but for some reason I feel strange about asking. I feel like they should just automatically offer if they're capable. I've seen people politely decline if they don't want to pose for the shot but I was also waiting for a photographer who I watched do a magic shot for the people in front of us and then didn't offer us the option It is definitely one of my goals for next trip to try to work up the courage to ask for more of them! I’ve missed so much! Time to catch up!! Haha. Love the interaction with Mickey, that’s great! I actually have never met any of the characters out at the hat, I’ve always been busy doing shows or rides and just figure I can meet them somewhere else! They’re outfits are super cute!
I find that I end up running around DHS in circles too, its definitely the park I end up walking the most in, there’s always so much doubling back for fast passes and shows and stuff! Baha! I always end up taking a million photos of the shows even if I’m going to ‘enjoy it” it just never works out! Aww! Super cute photopass photos!! Yay for free pretzels! How awesome haha! I love TSM!1 Ihave to agree that it’s way better than buzz, I can never figure out how to actually hit the targets on that one, haha! The line always being so long doesn’t really make sense either, but it’s super popular! And awesome! Yay for lots of photopass pics! I definitely try to stop at everyone I can, it just makes it awesome, and I mean, if you already paid for it, why not?! Lol. Great updates!!

Everyone meets Buzz and Woody at DHS!
Hello! Sorry for the delay but it's been a whirlwind week here! I FINALLY got a nursing job but I literally had my first interview Tuesday, second interview Wednesday then on Wednesday night they called me to tell me I got the job and had to go in Thursday to do paperwork and Friday I started orientation. Luckily, my boss was understanding when I gave him one day's notice that I couldn't come in. But my new job in Monday-Friday and I'm still working at my old job on Saturday's until they find a replacement so I'm finally sitting down to breathe now! Also, on Wednesday night, DBF and I saw Phantom of the Opera on Broadway, which I had already seen but he hadn't and the show is so so awesome! And when we left the theater we saw Tom Hanks cause he's starring in another show on Broadway! I wish i had gotten a picture! Anyway, without further ado, we return to Hollywood Studios! ************************************************** ***** Our next destination was to meet Buzz and Woody! We got on line at about 3 because their next set was starting at 3:15. When we got online, there was a bunch of people online outside but since they weren't meeting, there was no one waiting inside so the line wasn't as long as it seemed. We had been trying to connect with Jen and Rick all day to meet up and do some stuff together and it kept not working out and they were getting frustrated that they kept running into long lines and we felt bad that they might've been not enjoying themselves but we told them the key is getting there early, especially for AM EMH. Then, the discussion of meeting for a sit down dinner came up AGAIN and I told everyone that we didn't make an ADR but we could try to see if there was anything available during the first Fantasmic cause that's where everyone would be and then DBF wanted to know why we weren't seeing the first Fantasmic and then I got annoyed because I'd been planning the trip for months and telling him/asking for his suggestions on plans and his answer was "I don't care, I'll do whatever you want" but then when we got there everyone wanted to change all my plans around. Yeah it was rough for a few minutes. Luckily we recovered quickly and headed onto The Great Movie Ride. Congratulations on your new job!
I had to smile when I read about your rough patch because I can so relate. For months Bryan will tell me he doesn't care what we do, but then we're there and he's all "why aren't we eating there? Why didn't we do that?" Makes me want to scream. Luckily this trip he's getting much more involved.  That's great luck finding Buzz and Woody with only a 15 minute wait! Last trip we didn't even meet them together because the line was alway 45 minutes or longer! |
