I don't hate them or Tom Brady, but as a New Jerseyan who loves the Yankees, those Yankee hating Red Sox fans have made me not want any team from MA to win. LOL

It's all in good fun for me, 99% of the time, people like the team they grow up near, so not sure why anyone acts like one is better than the other, it's all just geography.
We live 15 min. from Giants stadium, and my husband was on the Steelers in junior football during their 70s heyday, hence the reason we like those teams.
And I wasn't kidding about liking the purple uniforms.

I liked Tom Brady best when he wore his Yankees cap, haha.

Go Ravens and 49ers! I have nothing against Atlanta but I would love to see a Harbaugh Brothers Super Bowl.

Die hard Pats fan here. Going back to the days of Grogan, Hannah and Nelson. Can't wait for kickoff. And though I would like to see Tony G. get to a Super Bowl. I think the Niners will pull it out.

Pat's and Niners Baby!

I'm a born and raised Niner fan. Kaepernick and my son attended the Univ. NEV at the same time, we watched Kaep through his entire college career.

My hubs is a born and raised Patriot fan as is my son.

Son is completely conflicted and in the 28 years that DH and I have been together my Boys have never met up with his Boys in the Superbowl.

We are rooting for a Civil War in our house. I have prepped the couch for DH

Nah, Im a Dolphins fan. Im conditioned to hate the Pats. I hate the Jets too, and they aren't good LOL!

What??? I thought talking smack about other teams and players is all part of the fun with football??

I agree that Tom Brady is a good quarterback, but I still don't like him. I hate on other players like the ones you mentioned, too. I know plenty of people don't like Roethelisberger, which is fine also. I don't take it too seriously.

All in good fun here, too.

I'd say 99% of our family and relatives are die hard Patriots fans. Even though we aren't all still in New England, we remain Patriots and Red Sox fans.

I do agree on the geography, too. We're now living in Arizona, so we also root for the Cardinals and Diamondbacks.

But it goes beyond with some i hear. "anyone but brady" " anyone but the patriots"

Well, since my Hawks took themselves out of it last week, I'm looking for there to be a repeat of the 'Brother Bowl'. Don't really care about the Falcons, but count me as one who cannot stand Brady and his smug attitude.
