to the group! You are definitely not alone with your early planning as you can see. ![]() I'll get you added to the list. Once you get your dates figured out, be sure you post them and I'll update.

IMO the walk wasn't bad at all - but DD4 and DS2 had their strollers so getting them back to the room was no problem in that way - not sure how it would've been if DD didn't have the umbrella stroller. For me, the walk was no problem - often after we got back and DH and the kids were settled in, I left and went back up to the hall or wandered around the resort.

As for my plans - no updates for now. Still up in the air about everything - I'm even thinking about moving the dates up from November. I'm concerned about taking DD out of school even though she'll only be in the first week and I saw the 2014-2015 calendar and she will have 2 scheduled days off the first week so she'd only be missing 3 days - and I like the idea of going to MNSSHP and MVMCP. But then I thought about maybe going the week before Easter because they have that off instead of the week after for this upcoming year and DD's birthday falls in that week but then I'm worried about the crowds...
And then there's the fact that my job is only gauranteed (sorry spelling?) until next July...after that who knows so I'd like to do the trip before then just in case... So yes, I'm driving DH nuts right now!

![]() We didn't get to see Wishes at all last time. Poor planning on our parts, I didn't realize the day we did MK was the Halloween party and we didn't stay for it. That entire trip was such a whirlwind, we were only there 4 full days and my mom was rowing in a dragonboat festival so that took up a fair bit of time on it's own. DD was not quite 18 months then and was not happy about having her routine disturbed so we spent most nights coming back to the house early, putting her to bed and drinking wine by the screened in pool. The trip was 6 months after my father passed and right around the time that we realized that my nephew was going to need more than speech therapy (he was diagnosed with ASD a few weeks ago) so it was a much needed vacation for all of us but it wasn't really a Disney vacation, you know? DH has handed the planning over to me so I'm trying to find things that I know we'll both enjoy or at the very least tolerate. I love fireworks, I'll watch them anywhere and everywhere. He doesn't mind them but he won't go out of his way for them so I figured giving him a place to sit and have a coffee and dessert will make him much more agreeable. I'm also planning on doing Wishes from Main St. after eating at BoG and if we end up having dinner at O'hana watching from the beach at the Poly too. I already know which flight we're taking and we'll get in around 12:30 so I'm planning on doing half an Epcot day that day and staying for Illuminations but it's Epcot, I'll just get him a beer and he'll be fine 4 out of our 5 days will be ending in fireworks of some sort, just the way I like it.

![]() Another way to sneak in fireworks...hang out on the Boardwalk and you can see the high fireworks from Illuminations. We saw them accidentally last year, but plan to do it again next time. |

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, everyone. Been busy, busy here at home. Yesterday we shopped for furniture all day and that's the plan for today, also.
I hope we find something soon.On the 2014 WDW planning, I think we've decided now to stay onsite. I took off my ticker because for a while we were talking about going in September or early October as opposed to November, so I figured why have it up with the wrong date? Hopefully we'll get re-settled on a date soon so I can have my ticker back! I still would like to keep the same November dates so we can see the Christmas decorations and Osborne Lights, but at this point I'm not sure of anything so I'm not counting on it!

I know for sure it'll be november, but the dates aren't certain. I'm pretty sure we'll end up before the date I've set for my ticker though, so the wait will be just a little bit shorter than it seems

Well, we finally had a minute to breathe yesterday and sat down with the calendar. We decided to go right after our anniversary, which is in October. Looks like our new dates are October 18 - 25th andddddd ...
We're staying at POP!![]() Very excited! That's one month less I have to wait, which is a good thing. Now I just have to get myself a new ticker and start planning again.

My mom and I are going for my birthday in May :D:D
Hopefully at AKV if we manage to be able to rent some DVC points for it! I want us to do some different stuff that we've never done before rather than just the same old, same old (though definitely still some of that as well!). Like a couple of tours maybe. Drinking around the world at Epcot.. which we were going to do last year but we just got started waay too late that day! I also really want to do the AKL safari with dinner at Jiko and a Wishes dessert party. |
