This keeps it going into 2015.

Looks like an annual challenge is looming. Maybe we need to invent the DisDads cup and put the best overall time from each year on it. The cup resides with the winner until the following years race. What do you think?

As they say, a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first steps, and I took those today. Did the jeffgalloway.com first day 5K training program (for my goal of 5K in May). Did 15 minutes (1 minute run, 2-3 minutes walk) for just about a mile. Slightly slower than my eventually goal, but at least I started!

Oh no.. I just wouldn't be a good nemesis for anyone. I'd probably screw it up and buy him flowers or something. Besides, he's from VA. If anything, he's my ally, not a nemesis.

Speaking of Don, he was just at WDW, right? I thought I saw him in Epcot on Sunday at about 4:00 going in to a men's room in England. I decided not to pursue him to see if I was right.

I'm confused. But one Dole Whip doesn't seem enough for wimping out finding a replacement.
