God willing and if I can get to it by January, I'll run the half. Up to 11 minutes on the treadmill without pain. Some swelling, but not too bad.

alright before you guys go picking teams you might want to wait... I have talked to chris. This will not be a singles challenge. this will be a double Nemesis challenge!!! Randall I am calling you out!!! I know you cant run but I am going to be fair about it and let you select some one to run in your place. However the price you must pay to have a replacement runner is, you must buy the team I am on a dole whip!as a replacement fee.Then when the team I am on wins you must buy us another dole whip!! So RANDALL is it worth a few dole whips to see this out of shape,bad knee,Beirgarten loving 236 pound beer drinking fool run???
