CCI requests? - The DIS Discussion Forums

I stayed at CCI last year and planning on staying again soon. Someone mentioned when they make their reservation they have " special requests". Do share? What should I be requesting?

The only things I can think of is a turn down service, DVD player and movies stuff like that.

We had special requests when we booked for friends, but they were practical things. Our friends had some special needs, so we worked with the staff who made sure everything went smoothly. If the OP means things like special perks, I know that you can order custom gift baskets and have them delivered by MouseShoppe.

I just made my July reservations today and we requested a second floor room. Never had any problem with a first floor room until last summer, then it sounded like the people above us enjoyed dropping suitcases on the floor at all hours of the night. Ever since then, DH asks for a second floor room. We put it in the online reservation and call a day or two before we go to make sure they know when they make room assignments.

We always request a ground floor room as I use an ECV. But that is usually the only request we make.
