Villians
Are there any villian m & gs on a regular park day or are there any villian experience type things?

The Tremaine Family and Gaston are out daily at the Magic Kingdom (Tremaines also appear at dinner at 1900 Park Fare). Outside of them... everyone else is random.
When is your trip? The PM Sets at Hollywood Studios is a great way to see some villains, but those are on hold until March. Maleficent/Hook have a pretty big role in the Dream Along with Mickey show on the Castle stage. Several villains play roles in Fantasmic! as well. You can also sign your children up to fight with Darth Vadar. If your trip is this week or next, I also recommend wandering around Epcot as you are likely to get lucky with some villains there in the early afternoons! Happy Hunting!

In the MK Gaston is out pretty regularly and so is Lady Tremain and Anastasia and the other sister (forget her name). Every once in a while Jafar and Hook/smee in adventureland.

I agree with Brenna... Epcot is good when finding villains either at World Showplace and/or American Adventure
