I booked last month, Jun8-14 at CBR. I've been trying to get through to see if I get a discount based on today's promo. I keep getting a circuits are busy.
I will keep trying. I should get a discount, right?

"Should" is not really the right word, but it is definitely possible. Depending on what type of room category you have booked and whether or not the discount applies to it will be your issue. You stand a good chance of getting something since it is the first day to the general public, but there is a chance you would have to switch room categories or hotels. The sooner you can get through on the phone line, the better. Good luck!

You will get the discount applied provided CBR is available under the promo for your dates. Sometimes you have to be flexible with your resort in order to take advantage of a discount, but if what you already have booked is available, there shouldn't be a problem. Having a reservation in place does not guarantee a discount can be applied as there has to be availability. You can also check online to see if it's available before you call. Good luck.

You might want to make a total new ressie online with the offer and call back to cancel the original one to ensure your offer. Don't log in with your username so they won't conflict with each other.
I just did this for our vacation and will call and cancel the original when the phones are back up
