Thank u tinkbyday! I have booked in a of a family suite....but am wondering if i should b looking at a moderate resort which actually shows up as about $882 less...my disney travel agent says book a of a now cuz they fill up fastest and then see what discounts come out...

I am almost afraid to join... It seems that every time I join one of these month pin code watches, something comes up and we are unable to go. So, I guess I join cautiously. We are planning on going Dec 1-8. The last time we were there was the same time period in 2010.

That's a tough one - you are going to have more room in the AoA Suite than a moderate. Which moderate were you thinking of?

Another option, and I only bring it up because you booked the suite, have you considered renting points in a villa? From what I have read on here, you can book a 1 bedroom villa for about the same as a moderate, but you have a kitchette and a little living room area.

December 26 - Jan 1... joining cautiously because we've planned a trip 3 times in the past 5 years and something always comes up.

We are wondering how Disney sends out PINS for room discounts. We have done many on-line surveys and saved many planned trips on the website but have never received any PINS. We have traveled to WDW every Christmas 2009-2011 plus have a July, 2013 trip reserved and a Dec, 2013 also. Not really interested in free DDP anymore, but a room only discount would be great for either July or Dec.

My friend and I will be at CSR December 14th-21st! Straight after our disney cruise :D Hoping for a PIN code or dining (although that is unlikely given our dates!!!)....any discount on hotels is good when you have to pay for an airfare all the way from Australia!!! Kinda helps off set some cost!

We have booked Dec. 1-7 at WL......I haven't been to Disney since I was a kid and my husband has only been to Epcot once in 2001. So we are taking our 8 year old son for the full Disney experience, very excited!!! Hope we made the right choice on hotels (debated WL vs Poly) and curious as to if deals will pop up. Great site for info!
