For me personally, I don't think they are bad, I just know discounts are less likely while they are there.

From what I have heard, they don't cause much of an issue in the park, it's the resorts they stay at that have an issue. I've never experienced the issues personally, but from what I have read on here, not all of the parents are "engaged", so the kids become a little out of control.

I'm rethinking that idea. I'm just not sure where I want to change to. Well, no. I definitely know where I WANT to stay, Just without a room discount I'm not sure if I can afford it/it's worth it. So I keep looking through numbers and options and I think I've probably driven my AAA agent insane. But it's lay me going and it's my only trip this year (not counting the trip to DC a few weeks ago) - and I want to make the most of it. |

![]() I *should* just stick to camping. It's the most economical choice. Just I got to thinking spending that much to share a bathroom and sleep on an air mattress for two weeks (and I do loveee Fort Wilderness), plus driving down in my SUV from Michigan - room service, a private shower (and possibly a bathtub) and a real bed just started to sound really nice. So now I'm thinking of adding a cruise in the mix to get away from the Pop Warner gang. I've gone insane! ![]() But thank you for your kind words. Good luck to winging it! I'm sure you'll have a blast ... and probably be more relaxed than meeeeeee. hehe |
