I had a chance to see some posted video of the trial on Youtube of trial days 6 and 7, OMG....so interesting....some very embarrassing pix etc...the poor families involved, just awful..
according to the testimony ...from the cell records..of the month of his murder, he had called her two times.
She called him 14 times...and it was not made clear if those two times were after or before she called him first that month.
Then it was noted that he made no calls after the time (Xtime) of a photo which showed him/his blood per testimony...meaning no outgoing calls as he was clearly dead....
BUT
she made 4 calls to his phone?
I assume the prosecution is going with pre meditated ..calculated, and even after the death...she was still setting it all up (I think i heard she cleaned the scene up too??) like she did not know he was dead?
I also saw a video of some guy she was dating at the time of the murder (it was on a talk show, dr drew??) saying she said she got a flat tire and missed the funeral...he said he knew she was involved
and another of a friend of the deceased...he said...(which I had no idea about) That she had apparently not seen him/deceased in a while..but day of murder...had changed her hair color, had done several things like getting lost somewhere taking her battery out of her cell phone when she was allegedly involved in the murder...it was so creepy....
I only started hearing about the case recently, so I had no understanding of what allegedly transpired...talk about creepy....it sounds to me that she was obsessed with the guy, hung up on him (that ex also said she was so hung up on him), would not surprise me if he was called by prosecutor).Anyhow, I want to hear what the prosecution has to say about how and why they believe the murder happened ....it will be quite a change since weve only heard her alleged story about what she says took place....will be watching monday for sure......

they played a voicemail she left on his phone the night (after) he was murdered, talking about getting together, that she was lost somewhere and her phone also died....OMG.....really...was she trying to make an alibi ????? creepier by the minute..........

Oh gawd, I just remembered Zimmerman's trial will be in FL, that's EST, I'm really gonna have to think about my work schedule, let's see, that's my mowing season and the sun stays up longer...

I would think so since it's such important evidence, but there might be some legal issue now with a chain of evidence.


Ya know, the more I hear Jodi on the stand, it's just so reminiscent of her phone conversation and later interrogation with Det Flores, just lies and more lies.

Yes same thing different people. I am curious why Det Flores is sitting at the prosecution table.

AZ allows the lead investigator to sit with the prosecutor during trial, some states don't, I figure it depends on manpower, but I don't know that for a fact.
