The questioning reminds me of Legally Blonde where Elle is questioning the girl and keeps saying "So you took a shower..". This is "So he kissed you?", but I don't think this will get the exciting end like Legally Blonde.

It certainly feels like it.

I flipped it over to TruTV this morning coz I like to hear Beth Karas' take on the trial and after about 3-4 minutes of replaying Jodi's testimony, I became really agitated with her and Nurmi...again! I just have no patience for her.

My favorite part of her testimony is when her defense attorney says "I'm confused".....
She isn't doing it the way they practiced and he's stressing.... LOVE IT!!!

I noticed this guy a day or so ago when he was sitting behind Jodi's mother and aunt. He had some definite expressions while Jodi was on the stand.

He says that people don't know the "real" Jodi Arias and what a sweetheart she is. I said back on the CA thread that I know somebody who makes people feel this way (just happens to be a male instead of a female).

People can't get over how wonderful he is and will go to great lengths to defend him - right up until he scams them too. I've seen it happen over and over through the years. He caused a great deal of family drama when he was a teenager (had the large majority of his extended family feeling like he was being mistreated at home), and it caused breaks that couldn't be repaired. He eventually burned every single one of them (the ones who helped him get jobs that he stole from felt really embarrassed).

The extended family eventually came to understand the "real" young man, but they would have fought you tooth and nail over it for years. The guy went on to do the same thing to others - like the time he took his roommate's motorcycle without permission, wrecked it, and then played dumb but insinuated that it was probably the roomie's little brother who did it. He could lie like it was second nature (actually probably first nature for him).

I felt sorry for the people who dealt with him. When everything got bad enough, he just moved on to a new group who didn't know him. Oh yeah, he liked to use religion too - knew what to say and how to act - really conned some super nice people.

Joining the game late here, although I've been following this thread on and off. (By the way, y'all are a hoot!) I watched some of the trial when I got home the last several nights. Wow, she's a real piece of work!!!

And for some reason, a song from the musical Oklahoma keeps running through my head when I listened to her drone on and on about their sex life.

Anyhow, I was wondering if I imagined seeing on the ticker that the prosecution and defense were meeting in closed chambers today ... and something about a prosecution rebuttal witness' home being broken into and her laptop stolen? WTH is going on? Anyone have details?

I have no details to share though.

I know that it is a psychologist that's home was broken into and her computer that contained Jodi Arias' profile report was on it.

I posted the news link up in the thread somewhere, can't remember whether it was today or last night, I'm in Jodi world where it all just runs together. I wonder if that's what the closed hearing is about, they might be fighting as to whether it's admissable now, although I would think there's a back up somewhere.
