this woman has been checked out by psych hasn't she? she should of pleaded insanity. she's making herself look more like a fool the longer she's up there.

I don't know if she has been evaluated. But I don't know how she could plead insanity. And by her actions on the stand there is no indication she is insane. I wish they would get through this faster. But on the other hand I am glad as it gives Jaun more time for his strategy for his line of cross.

Dr. Janeen Demarte is an expert witness for the prosecution. Sources tell us her laptop was stolen. In that laptop was a psychological profile of Jodi Arias.

Exclusive video shows of Dr. Demarte outside of her home, talking to investigators. Demarte is a clinical psychologist who evaluated Jodi Arias. She is scheduled to be a key rebuttal witness for the prosecution in the case.

Sounds to me like she was very much a problem child, but like Casey Anthony's parents, they were always trying to reel her in, and now just want to save her life.

They kept calling the shorts in the picture underwear on InSession, but they're those shorts (what are they called?) that often have something written on the back. And there was boys Spiderman underwear in there too, still packaged. That can be spun any way they want, and I think they've already said something about him wanting her to wear boy's underwear. But honestly, who knows. Was the Spiderman theme the important part of the "gift" for some inside joke or something? Were they boxers, because if I were thinner I might even wear them around as pajama type shorts (I wear men's plaid long lounge pants all day around the house).

OMG...how weird is that?? And disturbing. Surely any info would already have been shared with both the defense and prosecution, right? Hope they catch the person and it will be interesting to see the connection. Oh wait...maybe the info was stolen to sell or make public. Because it can't be to prevent the info from getting introduced in court, because like I said, that can't be the only copy. And maybe it's all just a coincidence.

I hope it is all on a memory stick. It is crucial. If some one tried to sell it for the public to review, I hope they are caught. I am also wondering who the prosecution has for the recall or who they will call.
